Probita is built by CloudSync Technologies LLC — a Dubai-based team that has spent years embedded in school IT departments across the UAE and UK. We have seen how much time good people waste on spreadsheets, email chains and manual audits. We decided to fix it.
Our Mission
Professional IT management for every school — not just those with enterprise budgets
Large academy chains and international groups can afford dedicated IT governance consultants and bespoke platforms. Smaller schools and growing groups cannot — and they are the ones who need structured IT management most, because they have the least resource to absorb the chaos when things go wrong.
Our mission is to change that. Probita starts free for a single campus with no credit card required, so every school IT manager can access the same audit readiness, policy compliance and helpdesk tooling that was previously only available to the largest groups.

Our Story
Built from inside the school
CloudSync Technologies LLC was founded in Dubai to help organisations make better use of cloud infrastructure, modern collaboration platforms and IT systems. Our work spans AWS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP implementations and cybersecurity across the UAE.
The seed of Probita came from our work with LEAMS Education Group — a multi-school group operating several campuses across Dubai. We spent months helping their IT team get ready for KHDA inspections, and what we found was consistent: the people were excellent, the infrastructure was solid, but the documentation and management tooling was a collection of spreadsheets, shared inboxes and WhatsApp groups held together by institutional knowledge.
Every IT asset handover required a paper form. Policy acknowledgements were tracked in an Excel sheet that had last been fully updated eight months before. Helpdesk requests came in through three different channels and the status of each one existed only in the head of the technician handling it.
We looked for a platform that would fix this and found tools built for corporate IT departments — useful, but not designed for KHDA inspection templates, school multi-site structures or UAE data sovereignty requirements. So we built Probita. It is still evolving rapidly, and every feature that goes live is one that a real school IT manager asked for.

How we make decisions
These are the principles that determine every product decision, every pricing call and every conversation with a customer.
School-first design
Every feature exists because a school IT manager asked for it or we saw them struggling without it. We do not build features because they look impressive in a demo.
Security by default
School data is sensitive. Every tenant is isolated by row-level security from day one. Encryption at rest and in transit, PDPL-aligned data handling, and no third-party analytics on user activity.
Transparency
You will always know where your data is, how it is processed, and what we are building next. Our sub-processor list, data processing agreement and security documentation are public.
Continuous improvement
We ship new features every two weeks based on customer feedback. If you ask for something reasonable, there is a good chance it will be live within a month. We move fast and tell you when we do.

CloudSync Technologies LLC is a Dubai-based technology consultancy specialising in cloud infrastructure, digital transformation and IT systems for organisations across the UAE. We work with schools, healthcare providers, corporates and government-adjacent entities.
Probita is our education-vertical SaaS product — purpose-built for K-12 school groups and now used across campuses in Dubai and beyond. All product infrastructure runs on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India). A UAE-native region deployment is on our roadmap for groups with strict data sovereignty requirements.
