Common billing questions

How does billing work for the Pro plan?

Pro is billed monthly per campus. If your group has three campuses, you pay AED 299 × 3 = AED 897 per month. There are no per-user or per-seat fees — all staff at every campus are included. We offer a 15% discount for annual upfront payment. Invoicing in GBP and USD is available on Enterprise.

What counts as a "campus" for billing purposes?

A campus is a distinct physical school site — a location with its own address, asset register and helpdesk queue. Buildings on the same site that share a single IT team are typically counted as one campus. If you are unsure, email us and we will tell you what makes sense for your group structure before you commit to anything.

Can we upgrade or downgrade between plans?

Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time and your data carries over instantly. You can downgrade from Pro to Free at the end of your billing period — assets, audit history, policies and helpdesk records are preserved, but advanced features become read-only. There are no penalties for downgrading.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — 15% off for annual upfront payment on the Pro plan. That brings a single-campus Pro subscription to approximately AED 3,056 per year instead of AED 3,588. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom annual rates and multi-year agreements with their customer success manager.
